We recently had our pool built by Paradise Pools, the whole experience was trouble-free from the initial quote through to pool completion. We sort several quotes and Rowan's was the best by far. Our pool was designed and built to enhance and extend our outdoor living area and it has certainly achieved that, we are very happy with the finished product.
Paradise Pools built our inground concrete pool. They gave prompt service, always returned our calls, kept the site clean and tidy and kept the cost as per the quote so there were no surprises at the end. They kept the process simple and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Very happy with the finished product.

Highly recommend Shannon, Isaac and the team. From initial quote, the installation and follow up the team were transparent, highly communicative and professional. They made the entire process feel easy - explaining all the necessary details and kept us in the loop throughout, going over and above to make the experience as fluid as possible. Shannon was absolutely fabulous, kind, knowledgeable, on time and patient from start to finish. Shannon built a 7 X 3 fibre glass Urban pool with heating for us. There was big access restriction. Shannon was quiet transparent and upfront from day 1. He is indeed a tight access specialist to complete the size we wanted where no other pool builder could do it at a competitive price. His entire team was skilled , knowledgeable and professional. Shannon always kept us up to date with the progress and was very patient with the banks extended documentation procedures. Right from the very 1st contact we made with Shannon thru to the end and still continuing, these guys professionalism, communication and most importantly willingness to work with us is second to none !! if it wasn't for the way Shannon took the bull by the horns and just sorted everything we wouldn't have bothered installing a pool at all, we had a very tight window (1 day) that we needed to work in with a new house build next door to us and we had all but given up hope that it would actually happen

We purchased out Pool from Paradise Pools last year and we could not be happier. So easy and friendly to deal with. Shannon provided lots of options and managed everything for our install including retaining wall, synthetic turf and bespoke fencing. Would highly recommend 10/10.
