These guys are scam artists. They overcharged me, picked up all my furniture and belongings in July then failed to deliver ANYTHING to me.
They have been "investigating" to find out where my stuff is for 2 months. Meanwhile I'm sitting in an empty apartment without my clothes, bed, fridge and facing the possibility that everything I owned that was essential and personal to me is gone. They are theives and have ruined my life. Everything I own has been stolen and they are to blame. They are not being accountable for their actions and are callously robbing people of their money and their possessions

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Where is the 0 stars option? Absolute scam artists. Did not show up on the booked date after paying them in FULL. Stole almost $900 from us. Didn’t answer their phones for a week, and the only time they did was when I put my number as No Caller ID. When we finally got through, they knew exactly who we were. We just wanted our $900 back and the woman on the phone didn’t say sorry, nor did she seem to care that we wanted a refund. As if she knew it was coming. She claimed that they were so busy, but how can you be busy when you’re not booking anyone

Helped me get out of Melbourne a couple weeks ago. Super easy to deal with, friendly staff. WAY more affordable than anyone else I found online. Couldn't be happier. Everything arrived in perfect condition only a couple days later on the Gold Coast.

They got my stuff from A to B, and in a reasonable time frame. But, they broke a part of my surfboard, which I advised them as they were unpacking, and they ended up leaving us with a bag of someone else’s stuff as well.
When trying to deal with these issues, they firstly forwarded me onto the subcontractor they used, then just stopped responding and ignored emails.

Quoted a good price, them with one business day before I was arranging pickup, they DOUBLED the price, saying it was quoted incorrectly and there's nothing they could do.
Also impossible to get hold of - their phone line gives a message that doesn't allow you to leave a message, their emails bounce back saying server not accepting, and their "book now" button on their quote just takes you in an endless loop to their homepage.
And then didn't even have the professional decency to phone and tell me the above, they just texted me.

So annoyed with myself for not reading the Google reviews before booking this company for my move.
Completed disaster once they took my deposit. Didn't turn up the day they said they would, no communication, rude people on the phone when contacting the office and items went missing. I'd have been better doing the move myself.
Avoid at all costs.

Would not use these guys. Got quoted for a backloading removal from Melbourne to Cairns, booked it and confirmed the date. Made sure it was legit as it was such short notice then was told they would call the day before to confirm a time.
Waited to 3pm the day prior until I called myself. Spoke to a lady who was extremely rude and said there was nothing booked for that day, even though they gladly took my 20% deposit. Was told she would chase it up and call back to confirm but she also told me to look elsewhere. No problems on the day before we had to move.

DO NOT USE BACKLOADING REMOVALS!!!
Terms of the contract included that my furniture would be wrapped, and a mattress cover provided during transport from Perth to Brisbane.
I confirmed this on multiple occasions as my furniture was brand new and in prefect condition.
On the morning of delivery I was unable to reach the driver, the office, or the other provider they had used yet not mentioned prior would be handling my goods.
My furniture arrived damaged and my mattress uncovered, I noted this on the consignment and contacted all people involved with photos immediately. I followed up on three
