Unfortunately my experience with Glorious Flooring is very poor. I will consider changing my review depending on the outcome as Colleen has decided to keep an $800 deposit.
(She is now trying to back charge me $250 for a free quote!!!! Have you heard of that before??? Incredible
When i asked for a quote for flooring i was shown a single plank sample of consistent colour. On the day of install it became clear there was a large variation of colours between planks. This may be how the product is but it is not something i was shown or agreed to.
On the morning of the install Colleen threatened me
