Called them and arranged appointment. Turned up as promised around 3 weeks ago - but that's pretty much it. They were going to quote me for zone motor replacement, new system and thermostat. Called them multiple times leaving messages.
Edit: Took a couple of weeks but we've now caught up have booked Ethan in for the work.

AEP were an absolute delight to deal with. I recommend them to anyone. They were on time, easy to communicate with at all times, friendly, efficient, and just a good pair of tradesmen.
Ben and Tony did a great job, and also gave me some great advice to make sure that my equipment is well taken care of.

We are really pleased to have found Tony @ AEP, after having about 5 other businesses either not turn up, not provide a quote after turning up, or deciding what we wanted was 'too hard', Tony took the time to work through our less than straightforward home layout and come up with a really great solution. Really fairly priced too. We definitely recommend, and will use again.
