When New Idea first opened its doors in 1996, we were selling ornaments in local markets and shopping centres. Over the past 18 years our business has developed from small scale retail into a successful furniture retail operation. We are now one of Western Australia's largest importers of top grade quality lounges and furniture products which we proudly sell online and in our 3 showrooms.

Be very careful when you making your decision on purchasing any items from New Idea Furniture for your lovely home.
Very poor corporate management with an inactive salesperson;
The worse shopping experience we never had;
Their price is not competitive;
Understand the company has its own rules and regulations but as consumers, we are protected by the Australian Consumer Law.
