GC Davidson built 2 x custom townhouses for us in Berwick. Although it took longer than planned due to some hiccups along the way (and then COVID...), the overall quality exceeded my expectations. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Finished product is of the highest calibre. I recommend you consider GC Davidson Constructions for your next build.

Avoid this company . Promised a premium build and service. Nothing is further from the truth. They use the cheapest labour possible. Do not return phone calls. Work is of a low standard. Poor finishes. Cracking tiles, leaking ceiling.Poor finish on stairs, Damaged plaster from wetness just to name a few issues , many more . This company went way over time on the build which cost us money as well as cutting corners on council reg . This was then knocked back by council just so they could save a buck. This company shows no respect for its customers even over a year on still waiting for them to come

Totally agree with all that and more that Terry said. Pity you can't give zero stars. We have been waiting 7 months for things to be fixed or finished on our house and Davidson's just ignore clients and don't care less. Please don't choose as you will be disappointed. As Terry said it will cost you more money getting your own trades in to fix everything and they don't give you what is stated on the contract.👎

Graham is an excellent builder who really knows his trade! We had absolutely no problems with our new home , I have no hesitation in recommending Graham Davidson Builders to anyone that is wanting a quality builder.
