Purchased a wooden bowl from Myer and found exit holes a few weeks later with two bugs. Messaged the boys and they were onto it straight away and we’re very patient with me. Grabbed the beetles to take home and identify and notified me that night. They really saved me and could’ve turned bad if not for their help! Wouldn’t use anyone else, they were very helpful
