Just wanted to share a factual replay of our recent experience with Granvue Homes.
End of Jan 21 - Pre-approval for loan.
Early Feb 21 - Visited the Larimar 43 at Rathdowne Estate, Wollert. House caught our eye and ticked all the "boxes". However, we were still looking around and considering our options.
Mid Feb 21 - Returned to the Larimar to have another closer look. Still loved the house and design and shortlisted the house. Enquired with the Sales Consultant (SC) about availability of house for purchase and he said it was. Over a few exchanges of emails, agreed with the SC an amount to purchase

Highly regret building with Granvue, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The whole sales process was nice and smooth, but once we began construction it all went to sh*t... The biggest and most annoying thing for us is that it took them over 6 months to fix up one simple staircase issue that was clearly their mistake, ordering the wrong staircase sizing, they tried to lie saying it’s due to Australian standards, they tried to bribe us in order to avoid re-doing the staircase, eventually we couldn’t take it anymore so we brought our lawyer into play in order to get this issue solved, even then

As someone who needs to know everything and compared a lot of homes, before I committed, Granvue Homes was hands down the best priced and valued home I found. I'm quite familiar with the build process as I've gone through this before and have quite a few friends who have built. Some of these have had very poor experiences with other builders and poor quality. Granvue in terms of quality is in the Top 3 of large to medium builders without a doubt. Personally, I am extremely fussy. I believe in quality and it's something I don't compromise with. There will always be a few hiccups along the way but the most important thing is how these are managed by the builder. This is where Granvue stood out for me. There after-service was very good. We recently built our home with Granvue Homes and even though it wasn't perfect, we can't fault it much either. Every single fault that we picked up after moving in has been fixed pretty quickly and the house looks great. Would definitely recommend Granvue Homes to everyone especially for people who are looking to build at an affordable price. The only improvement needed is in the flexibility of communication & handover timeline - especially for people who live interstate.

I have enjoyed the experience building with Granvue Homes. The standard inclusions were great so as the special promotion. The whole process from the time I dealt with the Sales Consultant, to the tender appointment, colour selection was so easy and smooth. They gave me new ideas and very flexible with making structural changes. I received weekly updates from administration area. Building supervisor was excellent and he did a great job. Recently I have moved to a beautiful and good quality home. Good value for the money and beautiful designer homes. I would highly recommend Granvue Homes.

We were very happy with the workmanship and build quality that was provided by Granvue Homes. The process from choosing the design until finishing the whole building process were very smooth. Building inspector was very helpful and customer services were responsive. They were willing to listen to our request and attempting to fulfill ithem in anyway they could. The completion date was fulfilled as promised. we highly recommend Granvue Homes.
