Disaster struck last Tuesday. Hot water service started gushing water everywhere. Hubby rang around and we decided on Western Plumbing. Really quick service (less than 4 hours from us deciding to the guys' arrival complete with new hot water heater). Quick install. Lovely hot water. Job done.

I called Wayne at 2.45 pm and he came around the same day to help me with a problem i was having with my recycled water tank. He solved the problem and gave me some excellent advise. I was extremely impressed on all aspects, i was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable his rates were. Would definately recommend. Thanks Wayne

I needed a plumber to replace a toilet cistern and I rang around to see who could do the job. Other plumbers could not be bothered with a small job, but Wayne was glad to help. He made himself available the same day although I called around midday. I was happy with the quality of the work and I would recommend him for this kind of job. Thanks Wayne!

This is the best service I have obtained from a plumber ever. Wayne came home on a Saturday to give me a no obligation quote with absolutely no call out fee. He was able to discover where the water leakage was occurring in a couple of minutes and was able to stop it in just half an hour. He was able to complete the job for a fraction of the amount that I was quoted by other companies and in such a short time. Definitely recommend Wayne for his responsiveness, knowledge, punctuality, quality and value. Thanks a lot Wayne for your excellent service.

Wayne is like the terminator. He is likewise very determined and therefore doesn’t stop til he gets the job done. He’s also not afraid of no ghosts or to look to see what was blocking my stormwater pipes, that was at first invisable/unable to be seen. When his fearless team of three then ended up finding a root in one of the pipes that was the size of a boa-constrictor even actually seeing it was still hard to believe. Goes to show we all should trust our instincts. Thanks so much Wayne!

Wayne and his team helped us with the plumbing for our two new bathrooms. We were happy with their work and the finished product. We were project managing the work ourselves and he was very patient and flexible with us. Pricing was very reasonable and he was easy to get in touch with when need be. I had trouble with a sirening sound in my house whenever a tap was on and Wayne came out and identified the issue on the first visit within minutes and coordinated the relevant steps after seeing through to the problem being resolved. He was prompt with his follow up and answering my questions and is very punctual. He is experienced, professional and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend Wayne and we will definitely be engaging him for any future plumbing works that might arise.
