Just before Christmas we recently sought help from the Pool Doctor as our local Pool Shop was unavailable to help immediately with the issues regarding our pool.
Even though the Pool Doctor was also busy and unable to come out and tend to our pool, Kay was fantastic in starting the process, helping get our pool back on track until someone could come and inspect our equipment.
Even with the equipment inspection, we were most impressed with the advice we were given.
The staff are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, we have been looked after well and would highly recommend the Pool Doctor

We were very happy with the prompt and efficient service, thank you. Our pool was neglected over Winter and not very inviting to use. Can’t thank the guys at Pool Doctor enough. The Pool looks wonderful, and the cost to bring it back up to its now sparkling state, was very reasonable. I would recommend the Pool Doctor for anyone looking for some help to make their pool ready for lots of summer fun.

Extremely overpriced! Requested a pool clean and was quoted approximately $70 something for the first hour and $30 something for every hour after, unfortunately gave my credit card details prior, the guy turned up and was like ‘oh your pools dirty’- yeah mate I didn’t get you over to clean a clean pool? He tested the pool water and informed me it’s going to need chemicals- yeah mate again that’s why you’re here. Informed me he was going to have to saw part of my pool filter of because he can’t open it and would have to get a quote for a clean and come back- my husband normally does

We have been home owners in Upper Coomera for over twenty years and have spent many $1000’s over the years supporting and buying equipment, products and pool servicing from a local pool guy. when it came to the crunch and we needed a small replacement part, I was told he couldn’t help me for two weeks but he would order the part for me. The repair… involved more than just replacing the part as the washer inside needed replacing, the filter top would need to come off and pipes disconnected. I asked him what I was supposed to do and he told me to ring the Pool Doctor.

Big Thanks to the Staff at the Pool Doctor. Our pool is heavily used with Two adults 3 adults kids and 5 labs. The pool has never been really clear. One visit from the pool doctor and some hardware… adjustments and within a few days it’s crystal clear. I have waited a few weeks before putting up this review to see how it goes. Several weeks on and lots of use and it’s still crystal clear. The system is near maintenance free and we love it. Wish we knew about these guys sooner. 5 stars recommendation

We have used pool doctor for 6 years and have found them excellent to deal with. We get our pool cleaned every fortnight and because the pool eauipment was old when we moved in we have had to virtually replace all systems. They have provided excellent timely service and very good and friendly advice on new equipment. We can thoroughly recommend this company.In addition we have just purchased a robotic pool cleaner which is excellent.
