WARNING
The pipes seen in these photos were laid “By Urban”.
After we had our bathroom completely renovated by Urban bathrooms, we experienced problems with the drains. They were completely blocked.
Urban told us it wasn’t their fault and was likely tree roots and so we would have to pay for them to come out and investigate.
Years of costly plumbing investigation ruled out tree routes and it was suggested Urban may have dropped some tiling in the pipe. This was suggested because the pipes were so severely blocked.
Our plumbers provided this information to Urban who maintained their position

The By Urban team renovated our bathroom in 2019. From - Damian who design it, Dave who did the demo, Martin who tiled it, Jaz who kept everything organised, the others in the team as well as Dave, the owner - everyone was professional, friendly, caring, communicative and focused on making sure we got the outcome we expected. We had only one unexpected issue during the build and it was dealt with quickly, equitably and with genuine care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the by-urban team. Our project wasnt easy and we love the result long after we forgot the price. We are very glad we chose

The By Urban Bathrooms & Kitchens team were fantastic in helping us plan, design and construct our kitchen renovation. We had a tight timeline in the lead up to Christmas and they were quick, efficient and always on time with great communication throughout.
The kitchen design and planning phase was great with 3D renders of our new kitchen and they provided expertise in helping us choose drawer types, cupboard types and accessories to achieve our functionality goals for the kitchen.
We are very happy with our new kitchen and can highly recommend By Urban to anyone in Adelaide looking for a quality

We did a kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation with By Urban and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. Everyone from the designer, site manager and their trades were extremely knowledgeable, punctual and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of every step along the way with daily updates. The end result is we have a stunning, functional kitchen and bathroom and we couldn’t be happier! We would highly recommend By Urban.

We employed By Urban to renovate both of our bathrooms, the second just completed. They both look fantastic! We have nothing but the highest of praise for their high quality workmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, we were regularly updated on the progress of the projects. Tradesman were always on site when expected or we were advised well ahead of time of any changes. All tradesmen were friendly, polite and considerate of our family situation.

I asked Damian, Ron and their team to help me do a complete repair, redesign and renovation of a three bedroom townhouse, whilst I was still living interstate.
The design process with Damian was thorough, consultative and patient. I was guided through the many options, pros and cons of different styles, and in the end I was very satisfied that we had made the right choice. Throughout the three month construction phase, I was regularly updated by Ron, who was effectively my onsite project manager, each week and provided outstanding advice. Real time issues with internal structures were conveyed

Fantastic from start to finish. Navigated a project that required them to manage the whole process and work to create two bathroom spaces in a tight space. David worked very well in the design process to balance aesthetics and functionality well. Their build team are all in-house, so no sub-contractors used and they manage comms well with SMS updates to tell me what was completed that day. Truly deserve their Houzz award.
