The Arctic team were faultless from on the site quote and discussion of needs to replacement of our old twin units with a single unit, installation of new split systems and clean up once the job was done. Zac, Adrian & the team kept us informed of progress throughout the process and any potential issues. There were no 'surprises' and the entire replacement/install competed within 2 days on time and to requirements. I was impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and most importantly know how. We chose this company because of the positive reviews here but it did not meet the high level of expectations. It was average. Acceptable but certainly not excellent. Not worth the extra expense for the specialised attention that we sought. We now have a couple of good split system units, but we also have scratched timber floors from their tools, toolboxes and ladders. We we had to do a massive cleanup of bedding and furniture because drop sheets weren't used in the installation. The make-good was a free wifi card which required more installation time and doesn't work.

It was pleasure to deal with Zak and the team when arranging to research a Daikin R/C and have it installed. All calls and emails were responded to promptly pre-installation day. Neil and Luke arrived on time, were most professional and explained everything fully. They were respectful at all times in the house, moving furniture etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Arctic!

We contracted Arctic Melbourne to install a couple of Daikin multi-split systems in two stages. They installed the compressors and several wall units in September prior to commencing work on our renovations, then returned in June to complete the second half of the job. Arctic were friendly, professional, punctual and responsive to any questions or issues. From the initial quote/design with Zak through to the install with Dimitri and crew, Arctic were a pleasure to deal with. Since completing the installation we have asked for advice or assistance with a few minor issues and Arctic have been knowledgeable

The team at Arctic we’re fantastic from the very start. Their initial contact was speedy, and Kieran was really friendly. A date for the quote was locked in and completed on time (the guys were early even!).
The installation was quick and professionally completed; the team were all really lovely people and kept us informed of what was happening each step of the way.
Almost two months after the installation we have not had any issues with the product. Everything about this company is quality. We could not be happier with the result.
