Landcon has a 'Concrete Place and Finish Rates' guide which can be useful for estimators when putting together concrete packages. Since starting Landcon in 2006, Mark Black and his team have created a name for themselves as decorative concrete experts. They have taken a particular liking to decorative off-form work; where the finish of the concrete is 'off the formwork'.
