The WORST service possible. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was possible.
The customer service is terrible, the quality of product is disgusting, and after sales service is non existent!
There prices are cheap and are for a reason. Do not waste your time going to these clowns.
They didn’t get our order right, when questioned they blamed the worker with mental health issues… they get angry and swear when you say what you ordered vs what you received like it’s our fault.
They are so unorganised they constantly have to ask what it was we ordered every few days.

I have recommended and used your company for some years now, and of late I have noticed some reviews are trying to diminish your business. I know the respect you have always showed me, my friends and colleagues.
Unfortunately there will always be trades out there that don't trade to the same standards that you have always met and hopefully people will realise that anyone can be a keyboard warrior.

-I have purchased over $25,000 worth of tiles of this company recently.
-I have been nothing but polite.
-TFB had my order which I had paid in Full for in the warehouse.
-My job with client was in dispute and was put on hold , I told TFB staff members to make sure my order doesn't get delivered to anybody other than myself,(obviously because I paid for it) and to please put on hold.
No problems apparently.
-TFB then organised my tiles to be delivered to the client who I was in dispute with. The even accepted payment for delivery from somebody other than myself for my tiles. No phone call or

Very upset by the rudeness of the owner of the store. She pulled out some tapwear to show my husband that had a part missing from the box. She proceeded to say that she pulled out three pieces, even though my husband told her you only pulled out two. She keep insisting that there was three parts, all whilst looking him up and down like he was guilty of something. She then went and told a fellow worker that my husband stole it, and he said no way he would fit that part in his pocket its huge you would see it. We played it off like we didn't hear it, and its safe to say they will be not getting our
