Protek was amazing. Not only were they on time, they stayed until 11pm replacing our hvac system. We expressed we'd be fine without hvac for the night and they could go home, but they insisted on staying until the job was done and our family was comfortable.

ProTek was recommended to me by a neighbor for my roof replacement. From the moment I contacted them they were professional and helpful in explaining the process and costs. I worked with Jacob who explained the process, material options and estimates. There was no hard selling which I truly appreciated. Heather was very responsive and friendly, she assisted in setting the schedule and explaining the payments. Tito managed the crew who completed my roof. He explained what they were doing, the materials used and made sure my questions were answered. I will use ProTek again and recommend them to anyone

Protek is an amazing company with amazing employees. Jacob came out and gave me an estimate same day. Jacob was very knowledgeable and the break down for my estimate was detail oriented and easy to understand. I had a couple issues on my banks end with processing such a big payment but I spoke with Heather multiple times (thanks again Heather!) an absolute angel in the office who was on the ball, patient, and extremely helpful. Tito and his team were hard working, respectful, attentive, and timely. Overall 11 out of 10. Definitely contacting Protek for all my roofing/air needs moving forward what

I had a roof that needed inspected - instead of trying to push or sell me a new roof, Protek let me know my roof was in good shape. But not only was Anthony a total professional, he explained and listened to other home issues I had. I now have a good plan to get the AC and roof replaced.
Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend this company. When (not IF) my roof and AC need replacing, I'm calling Anthony with Protek.

This company is outstanding! I called them and spoke with Heather, she help me with all my questions and concerns and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out and take a look at my roof. Initially I was upset when I failed to get a notification about the original technician being unable to show up on the scheduled day for an AC Tune Up.
However, Dale Martin more than made up for it with his expert workmanship the following day. I watched as he worked carefully and meticulously way past normal operating hours. I had a lot of questions and he answered them sincerely with no hint of trying to upsell. His ability to articulate technician concepts was astounding. In the end, he made a detailed documentation of everything he discovered in the event it had be referenced in the future

Contacted Protek to service our A/C and provide a bid to add air return to new room and provide options for owners bedroom that was not cooling as well. After servicing our A/C and showing a rusty coil and fan with mold buildup from failed UV light we decided to replace our system. They provided a completive quote for the new unit as well as adding a larger run to the owners suite and the air return run as well as a duct cleaning. Technicians were out a couple days later on Saturday to replace the A/C. There were some scheduling issues with getting the new return and run to the bedroom completed
