Salesman did not turn up at early appointed time to do a quote.
After a reasonable period of waiting I rang the office to enquire about the absence. Office promised to track down the salesman.After approximately an hour and a half after the appointment I received a text stating they were a little behind schedule and would be there in another 20 minutes.
I advised the salesman that I had left the premises due to other commitments and that he might like turn up and apologise to the tenants to gain entry to do the quote. Two young salesmen turned up 2 hours late and when told by the tenant I was
