F.J.C Design and Construction is headed by Frank Assad, who has over 30 years in the industry. Frank brings a new dimension to the building trade.

Duplex homes, where 2 homes are built on the one lot of land, are becoming increasingly popular in Sydney. They often sit side-by-side to each other, and whilst usually sharing a common wall, they can also be designed as detached dwellings, depending on the size of your land. Frank & Chris have delivered an outstanding product which exceeded our expectations. They offered a truely turnkey service from the design stage through to managing the construction of the site to completion. Finding a builder for us was a very daunting situation, it is our first home and we had no idea. We engaged FJC Design and construction to initially carry out the architect work and loved Frank’s work and ideas. Frank is very pleasant to deal with and work with you to achieve your vision especially in creating the design for our duplex which is featured on the website. During building, Frank and Chris were very accommodating, helpful and honest and definitely worked to our budget. Chris is a young motivated individual that goes beyond to make the client happy.
