Our companies recently underwent a total office renovation from January -March 2020.
Garrett Builders were our chosen builder / project manager, dealing directly with their principle partner , Ken Garrett.
This was an extensive project involving 500 square metres of office space originally built by the Bata shoe company Seaford way back in 1965. The project had many challenges including the total removal of the existing ceiling,walls,windows, electrical and ancient plumbing.
To complicate things further our office staff needed to continue working at temporary work stations in extremely close

Ken Garrett has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He built a new bedroom, bathroom and WIR over a 4 month period in late 2015 and it was a pleasure to have him working in our home. Not only is he personable but also very respectful, has great ideas , a very high standard of work and he made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.
