Took two weeks for them to attend my measure and quote for fly screens, asked the day before they attended that I would also like a price for blinds, got a price for blinds and fly screens, ended up only wanted to go ahead with the flyscreen. When I told them that I would only like to purchase fly screens (over $500 spend) they told me that my house was too far away (30-40 mins from their office) and they will not be doing the job and to look elseware. After three weeks of waiting I am now back and square one and need to start the entire process again.terrible communication, and terrible customer
