Was thoroughly impressed with SMS. They were half the price of the competitor, and offered more up to date tech solutions (easy viewing of footage on app and computers for example, whereas the other place wanted to hardwire cables from the box to a separate monitor in the room) than what was offered otherwise. Great communication, no troubles with installation. Can't fault anything here.

Our experience with SMS Security was great.Right from the phone call to organise someone to come out.The lady that helped me over the phone was very friendly and accommodating.She was able to have someone out within a day or two.The worker was prompt,professional and friendly.The problem with our alarm was fixed on the spot.Thank you all very much. Would definitely recommend SMS Security for your security camera needs. Dillon came to talk to us about having security cameras fitted and we immediately felt confident using SMS Security. He suggested the best positions for the cameras and told us all we needed to know. George, the technician who came to install the cameras, was very efficient and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us upon completion.

Speaking to Craig on the phone sold the deal even before I received other quotes from other companies, customer service was exceptional as well as very reasonably priced. The team that installed my camera's were cautious not to get in our way, cleaned up after themselves and were overall great to deal with. Went through the camera system with me and educated me on everything I needed to know. 10/10 service, thanks guys.
