From my first contact to completion Undercover Blinds were friendly, helpful and professional. I thought I knew what I wanted and Undercover could have certainly provided what I was asking for, but guided me to a solution that was less expensive and is perfect. I have had installed a motorised Giotto awning over my deck, an awning over my front window and a crank blind at the front of my carport. Very happy. Glen, Chris and Andrew were all fantastic. I have recommended to my brother for his awnings.

My husband and I purchased five alfresco blinds for our outdoor area in late 2017. At the time of purchase, we were informed that the blinds ‘were practically bomb-proof.’ Unfortunately one of the blinds fell down last year and when we saw the tiny bolts that had been used to install them, we were horrified. When we contacted the company, we received terrible customer service, were told that it was our fault for having them down on a windy day and that the bolts used were to standard. Well last week a second blind fell down on a day with zero wind, when our son was playing on our decking. We

From the get-go when Glenn came to quote our electric awning to Anthony and Dallas coming to install and communication from Sarah in the office, we cannot fault a single thing. These guys know their stuff - we had contacted other companies in the past who had no idea how to best install this on the back of our art deco home - they had crazy ideas about installing steel structures to installing a heavy product on our bricks. This was the only company we had spoken to who knew how to do it best - we can't even see it from inside when it's tucked away which is what we wanted. We highly recommend them

From my initial phone call to Sarah, Tony coming out to quote and discuss my needs, James the Electrician and Chris and Dallas installing my fabulous new blind, I can’t recommend this product and their helpful, knowledgeable staff highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and a great price to top it off . I will definitely be using them again, don’t bother looking elsewhere.

Having used this company for blinds at a previous house we did not hesitate to call again for blinds at our new property. The exceptional service we received when making our initial enquiry with Sarah in the office to onsite quote by Nathan and then installation. Extremely professional, quick turn around with exceptional quality and very affordable . We will definitely have them back to install a canopy over our entry and rear decks. Thanks Guys, Great Work!

What can I say...
Dealing with both Lisa & Sarah in the office was just amazing, they know their stuff, and adding the fact that i could physically muck around with the Awnings was just GREAT! (Considering we had a BAD experience with another Blind Company around the corner)
Then we had Nathan (with the bright coloured Pink Cat Socks!) come across and offer a quote and expert advice. Needless to say we went ahead with the FA58.
The Installers were fantastic! Anthony & Dallas were very professional.
They had the awning up in no time, and even cleaned up my kids mess!

Had a great experience with Undercover Blinds, starting with a visit from Nathan who came out to our property and worked with us to find the solution we wanted. Most other options blocked out too much sun in winter, so the idea of a retractable blind was perfect for us. We also got a separate shade underneath our polycarb roofing for those very hot days. We were able to keep our existing structure too which saved us a lot of money. When the installation day came, the guys were on time and very friendly and finished the job with no fuss and no mess afterwards. Sarah on the phone was very helpful
