Sorrento Glass put in a great pool fence for us in 2013. I’ve been trying to get a quote from them for the last 2 years to replace the glass. They’re not interested. Requests made through website , by email and by phone. If I’d known how terrible their after sales service was, I’d have gone elsewhere.

We got Sorrento Glass to measure, quote and instal a new glass pool fence. They had to remove a rusty old metal fence and the posts and install new posts and the glass fence. From start to finish it was seamless and their communication and quality workmanship was outstanding. My wife said they respected our garden area and plants and left the area neat and tidy. Thanks.

I used Sorrento glass some 8 years ago - because of this and the good job they did, in the last month or so I sent 3-4 emails requesting prices for some new work for my house build but have received no feedback.
If they are busy, they should state that and as a minimum, respond via email that they are not taking further work on.

Finished the diy fence install over the weekend. Huge thanks for the install tips along the way, turned out way better than I expected. Lance was great to deal with and very accommodating, especially with the… loan of a few key install tools which was very much appreciated. Install turned out easier than expected and really not that hard provided everything is measured and secured prior to grouting in!

These guys were nothing short of fantastic with our frameless glass fence install. We had a reasonably complex job installing through a timber deck into a retaining wall underneath. Required the guys and girls to come out multiple times to measure and place stanchions so I could build deck supports around them.
Then they identified problems with the design that Stirling Council would give me problems over and they recommended modifications to meet the new Australian Standards - we just had our first council inspection and the inspector was impressed.
Add to all this the price was amazing and

We used Gavin and his team at Sorrento Glass to solve 'some tricky' internal balustrade areas inside our home. Gavin came up with workable solutions that enhanced the aesthetic and flow of our home from his years' of experience in the industry. The job was delivered promptly, and it was a pleasure to have the install team on-site. Gavin and his team installed a glass fence around our new pool during construction of our new house. Dealing with Sorrento glass was easy as. Once we had the plans for the pool, I sent them to Gavin and we worked out what we wanted. Gavin did the rest. He coordinated required works and access to the site with the builders as well as the pool guys - I didn't have to do a thing. Next thing you know the fence is installed. Gavin has a great understanding of what the pool inspectors require too - the Stirling inspector spent less than 5 minutes before approving the pool fence. Great job! Thanks Sorrento

Gavin and team installed our pool fencing for our new home in Kensington. The process was pretty seamless from our perspective, building approvals all done for us, final measure and order and the team of installers on the day were very friendly and efficient.
