For no extra cost, Pristine Professional Cleaning can do all our cleaning services using 'green cleaning' methods. Our standard cleaning kit is already eco-friendly, non-toxic, cruelty-free and where possible, vegan. We are fully proficient with ENJO and Norwex, and also use the plant-based products from Method and Earth Choice.

Excellent service! Have been using Pristine for a regular clean of our house after returning to work full time from maternity leave. It has been such a weight of my mind knowing the house will be spotless and cleaned with natural products safe for our son and pet dog. The staff are always very professional and friendly (and good with pets too). Highly recommend!!

We worked with this company for quite some time, but eventually incidents of carelessness made them untrustworthy. The quality of the service was good, but we also had to have our locks changed after keys were lost, had to replace a lockbox and keys after the combination was accidentally changed, replaced a storage freezer of food after it was left unplugged and finally replace the front door deadlock after it was accidentally broken.

Pristine are a professional business who always keep our place so clean, while we are able to spend our precious free time doing things we love. I love that they use natural products and are happy to use my own Enjo products to minimise the use of harsh chemicals in our home. Would highly recommend their services.

A massive THANKYOU to Pristine Professional Cleaning for cleaning my house for no charge today. They offered to volunteer their time, to help healthcare workers in a very stressful and uncertain time. They were very friendly and approachable. Organised a vacate clean for our rental through Danielle and am so impressed. Even the property manager, who always picks up on something, commented on what an amazing job the cleaners had done. Very professional, punctual, reasonable rates and good communication throughout. Couldn’t have been easier. So happy, we are going to use Pristine for a regular clean at our new place.

My experience with Pristine cleaning has been nothing but perfect! They did an amazing job on my apartment and even after my property manager wrote a very scrupulous list on items that needed to be attention, they came out again to give it another go over before I handed in the keys (to be fair Pristine did a lovely job the first time and I could not understand why there were any issues). I would highly recommend using Pristine Cleaning and recommend not moving in to a brand new apartment with a pedantic property manager haha

I've had a weekly clean from Pristine Cleaning for a few months now and don't know how we got on without them. The house looks great, service is consitently excellent, and I like that they use natural products. Our regular cleaner, Sarah, always does a great job, keeps in touch with me about special requests, and is so sweet with my little cat. Two thumbs up!

Pristine provides incredibly professional, helpful services. We have used them in window cleaning and in general house cleaning using their non-toxic options, and found they were not only sensitive to special needs, but also worked during the entire time of their visit. The results were more than pleasing and we intend to use them again whenever we have professional cleaning done. Our last cleaner, Linda, was impressive not only in her cleaning but in her professional and caring manner. We can only give her and the whole company the highest of praise.
