We built a new home with Ramsay builders in the last 12 months.
Despite early promises of high standards and attentive services, it has been a very stressful, and overall very disappointing experience:
- Quality of workmanship is very poor and builder's quality control is non existent
- Builder is unresponsive and once he has received his money, only 'acts' when we threaten legal action
- Some 10 months in we're still waiting for our 3month inspection items to be rectified. No idea when this will be, every deadline gets missed
- We have had to escalate matters to the VBA to get any traction

We had a very positive building experience with Ramsay Builders.
The build was on time, to a high standard and has resulted in our beautiful home.
We loved working with Brett. He was extremely professional, a great communicator and a really nice guy.

What a horrible, horrible experience we had with Brett and the team. We had nothing but stress and worry from start to finish. Nothing has turned out the way we hoped our dream home would. Finishes are poor, communication is poor. I am very sorry I have written such negative feedback but I don’t wish this upon others.

My wife and I have recently moved into our new dream home, thanks to Ramsay Builders. This is the second time we have built with Ramsay's, and we were again not disappointed. Brett and his team have been involved in this project from the outset, helping us formulate our design concept, arranging the drafting of plans, and the issue of all relevant… permits. We certainly appreciated their support in finalising colour selections and all of the other myriad of decisions necessary to bring this home to completion. We would not have been the easiest of clients, in that we made over 20 variations
