Wow wow wow. Honestly I can't think of another company that has gone so over and above to look after us. We need to get our 7 year old carpet stretched to get rid of some loosing places. It had been a headache for us for a while because it is almost impossible to move furniture around. We have tried some other companies for quote. Most of them can not do it without an empty room. Some are too expensive. Paradise Floor covering solved our problem perfectly with their highly skilled work and very reasonable price. From onsite guoting ,booking to the actual day working. Everthing is five start. Very trust worthy business.

My friend is a property manager and highly recommended this company. I made a phone call to seek indicative quote last week on a studio unit and the customer service level is super. The lady was so patience and explained everything. I will seek for on site quote and likely go with them. Will update how the work is. A company that will care about customer's feedbacks won't be too bad.

Absolutely love Paradise Floor Coverings. I am a Property Manager and having a flooring company that is fast and reliable while being well priced makes our job easier and our clients happy. I recently had an apartment that was flooded, Tuesday I asked for a quote, Wednesday received the Quote, Thursday approved the quote, Monday the new carpet was installed. This is is amazing service and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring. Joanne and Jaecy who I speak to on the phone are extremely polite, professional and helpful. The young ladies were very helpful to find a strong, long wearing carpet for my rental property, and are prepared to have it all installed for me, ASAP, within days, or as soon as my husband finishes the painting.

If I could give minus stars I would. Do not go with this company, the customer service is horrible and they basically admitted their work would be bad before they started.
UPDATE FOR RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
-I am displeased with the fact you went behind our back to our agent and told them the repair would look awful and they should do a replacement of the full upstairs. Don't come here and lie. You are making yourself look even more shonky. I have email proof and also had another company do the repair, and it looks AMAZING. I guess some people know what they are doing. Good luck and hope you go

Paradise Floor Coverings are an extremely shonky company. They did a carpet in the place I rent and even the owners agreed it was so badly finished in one room they had to come back and repair it. Cue them making three appointments they subsequently don't show up for (or give me any notice that they won't be coming on necessitating me to call them every time), and then have the hide to give me attitude about "everyone knows Sydney traffic" when I suggest it's poor business practice. Would not recommend at all.
