I was informed from another provider that the vanity I ordered won't make it for another 2-3 months. I found Bathroom Upgrade, they did a little more research from the supplier and told me it can come in within 3-4 weeks. I had the order refunded from the first provider, dropped a deposit with BU.
As promised it came in. Went to pick it up, service was brilliant and they even gave me a discount on my vanity top.
I simply can't recommend them enough and, I wish I bought my other accessories from BU. 5-stars boys.

During this Covid pandemic with all the supply chain problems, difficulties, disruptions to stock and deliveries, the staff at Bathrooms Upgrade have worked very hard to ensure that my orders were taken care of without any hassles to me. And of course it will be almost impossible to find better prices on the market. Very good quality goods too.

We had two bathrooms to renovate and barely anytime to order anything.
I stumbled across Bathroom Upgrade online and they were great.
Staff helpful and nice to deal with. Im so happy with my gorgeous Hamptons Style Vanity and Caesarstone top.
The price was unbeatable and i will definately be using them again. We will be renovating our kitchenette soon and Ill be using Bathroom Upgrade again. - Thank you

The guy at the desk has no customer service manners. Not sure if he is racist or not. He looked annoyed everytime he was asked questions. Not ready to discuss anything. Obviously products are bit cheaper than big retailers. But there are many shops around like that. To do business in australia good customer service is vital. Lot of small business could not survive because of arrogance.

We have recently renovated our bathrooms and am so impressed with Rethra's customer service and patience. Nothing was too hard for Retha. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We purchased 3 vanities that had to be custom made. One of the stone tops was not the correct size. I contacted Retha & advised him of our issue. Without hesitation, he picked up the stone top & within a few days, a new one was delivered. If you would like an honest, patient and very customer focused company, Bathroom Upgrade is definitely the company I would highly recommend. We will definitely be contacting
