I am a member of condo corporation interior design sub-committee. We hired Melinda from Premise Design to help us with our interior design project, namely lighting, painting, and beautification of our common space areas.
Melinda was amazing! She was very patient, professional, attentive, and experienced. I contacted about a dozen interior design firms for quotes on designing for our clinic, and Melinda was the only one that provided insights and suggestions right away. She was quick to point out code violations and barriers to what I wanted, but also solutions that got a lot more out of our space than I thought was possible!!

Premise Design helped us renovate our house four years ago, including updating our kitchen, flooring, paint, blinds and fixtures - helping us make sure that the whole house tied together. We still love our interior, thanks to Melinda. She really took the time to refine the interior design to a subtle level which was modern and polished yet very respectful of our budget.
Melinda also recently helped us redesign the exterior of our house to increase curb appeal. She came up with ideas we wouldn't have thought of, and she was also able to incorporate some of our own ideas into the design.

We hired Melinda and Heather at Premise Design to help us with the design for our kitchen renovation. They provided great ideas and unique suggestions of things we would have never thought of, and they offered suggestions on ways to save money as well as areas where it is better to spend a little more up front for a quality product to get greater value in the long run.
