We purchased floor boards which was made/ manufactured by Terra Mater Floors. We noticed shortly after our expensive floors (which we were told could be used in busy shopping centres because they are "that hard wearing") that these "hard wearing floor boards" looked like they had been around for 10 years!!! Not brand new!! There are marks all threw out our boards from using our vacuum (which is a top highly sought after vacuum), the marks are from the rubber wheels and in the light it shows horrible lines threw out the boards, it's absolutely devastating after spending so much money on this "amazing

In terms of Flooring wholesalers, Terra Mater Floors simply is one of Australia's best. We have conducted business with them now for over 4 years and they are easy to deal with, reliable and also proactive in assisting where ever possible if issues arise (which is virtually never).
Their staff are DTE always helpful and never rude. This company doesn't sell direct to the public so I'm not sure what Mr Reddick is referring to in the previous review.
