Great service. I saw their pop up shop at Knox City & was very impressed with the quality of their security doors. Exactly the same quality as ‘Crimsafe’ without the price tag. They arrived on time for the quote & once I’d paid my deposit the turnaround time was only 8 days for 3 doors. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Totally disappointed with this company. I got this company from a shopping centre kiosk sales desk and called for the services.
Surely I had made my wrong decision to do the business for this company. Also their prices were not cheap either. The salesperson presented the company was great, long term businesses, good quality and warranties etc. When the doors were installed, the measurements were incorrect and needed to take the doors back for rectifications. Note- This is all from my own personal experience from this “provider”. Kerry from Mighty Tuff has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional person to deal with installing blinds and awnings. I’m an 85 year old pensioner who has always tried to support small business and the local community but nothing could prepare me for the heartache and stress this ordeal has cause me. Kerry The suggested soft touch blinds as a new mechanism that would be easy for me to use. But the “blinds” he did install have have no ability to pull down without force and don’t roll up either. This was not a good experience for me.
Very unprofessional from the start.
Kerry (who informed me that he has been in this business for 30+ years) came to personally measure and quote For my security door.
Door came to be installed and was made back to front!
Next week came back again was 5mm too long!
I felt sorry for the kind man whose meant to install and had to continue to take back my door. He informed me this was the 3rd door returned that day!
Needless to say I had lost confidence in this company.
I did eventually receive my new door but the customer service from Kerry was absolutely

Do not use this company. They have kiosk in glen waverley and knox shopping centre. They installed our security screen door and the interlock system. The interlock did not work properly and door panel has scratches since day one. They said it's normal and could use marker to get rid of it. But obviously it did not. We tried to call (Kerri, whom we believe its the boss). He was very rude and unhelpful. He said will call us back but never call back. We chase a few phone calls and he started to not picking up phone calls. So we strongly do not recommend this company. Hope this review can help everyone
