From the initial contact with Reed's office they have gone above and beyond to ensure that my issue has been fixed. The service men were on time and extremely helpful, not only did they fix my problems but also gave me advice on other issues. I have had so much trouble with with my pedicure chair in my salon and both Bruce & Jo have been so patient and have been backwards and forwards to help me. They are so good at what they do and always wear a Smile even though I'm sure the endless problems with this dam chair has driven them crazy!!! All fixed now and they never gave up until they had solved the problem. Thank you so much guys!!! You are both totally AWRSOME!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had called heaps of plumbers to get a bath installed at my home. No one was interested! I rang Bruce, and he came out that same afternoon. Nothing has been too much of a problem for him, even though I have rung him after hours at times throughout the job. He is prompt and courteous and I am extremely happy with his work and he has helped me locate tilers and plasterers to help complete the job. I am happy to recommend him to anyone.
