Impressive customer service. Hayden provided a quote over the phone to change the locks on the house I bought and just moved into. Excellent attention to detail, knowledgable and provided options I hadn't considered. The job was booked and Simon came out to complete the work. Hayden and Caleb were very helpful with my problem of a failed security door lock tumbler. Phone advice was excellent and they were able to repin the new tumbler while I waited. Further support was given by phone to step me through fitting the lock to the door. Amazing service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Simon from Aus Lock and Safe Company was nothing but helpful straight from the start! He gave me a quick quote and advice over the phone about changing locks for a established house I had purchased, and was able to come out and change my locks the very next day. He was very professional, accommodating and honest, and made it even easier for myself by recommending a master key. I definitely recommend Aus Lock & Safe company and will be using them in the future, as do my family.

Very poor communication about delivery dates and times. Between this company, the supplier, the freight broker and the the actual delivery company I tried for two weeks to get some notice to be present for delivery. The ‘best they could do’ was a 15 minute heads up from the driver. Leaving me in a position where I had to leave work and lift the safe by myself or risk further charges.
So frustrating. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

The People tried to convince me I needed a brand new key for my car that was going to cost me $130. I went to Battery World to get a second opinion and they simply replaced the battery in my car key and it… cost me a total of $6 Can’t believe these people would try and rip me off $124 just because im a young girl and don’t know what I’m talking about DO NOT RECOMMEND
