C & N Removals & Transport

I have booked nearly a month in advance with Craig for my house moving. As I had lots of furniture to move I had requested to have a big truck and Craig had kindly send me photos to confirm as well. However on the day of move couple of guys turned up with a small truck which is only about one third in size of the one I had booked. I have been told that they have been subcontracted. Made several attempts to contact Craig but to no avail. I had to send those guys back because it was not going to work, unless they make about 4 or five trips. Rang Craig from a different phone, this time he picked up

The guys that moved us seemed to lack experience and quality moving furniture took 2hrs longer than they should have fixing there mistakes, broke my daughter's centre piece of her bed which they had to fix. We have dents and chips in some furniture including stairs and admin don't seem to answer emails or messages

The staff from C&N Removals were prompt, polite, helpful and very professional, they handled the goods and furniture from our shop very carefully. Everyone from their office staff to the movers were great and made the tricky job of moving a shop full of toys a breeze, we would recommend them to anyone and use their services again without hesitation.

I highly recommend C&N Removals. They were exceptional, by far the best removalists that I have ever used. I loved they way they pointed out slight damages on my stuff so that I knew it wasn't them but also took extra care. Daniel and Brenton were so efficient and friendly. Allan and Sam were amazing, they work and communicate exceptionally well together, As a typical paranoid woman i am with my items, they were professional knowing what they were doing. They were challenge with big waldrobes, washing machines etc to be move from my big home into my new tiny place with tight corner walls and doors and watching the whole time they never touch any walls . Allan and Sam manoeuvred items without any hassle. I wish i had them on speed dial as Hire a Hubby, Anything i asked to be lifted and re-shifted of any wardrobes to different rooms, there was absolutely no hesitation

On moving day Craig, the Managing Director of C&N overcharged us $419.30 more than his fixed quote. We were tired at the end of a long day and paid it because he promised the excess would be refunded when we returned the empty boxes.
After he collected the boxes and obtained our bank details, it took us over 8 weeks of emails and phone calls to get our money back. From the time C&N had our money Craig’s communication was tardy and ‘politely’ non-committal, and it was only when we sought the support of Consumer Business Services and issued a formal statement of complaint that he finally honored

C and N Removals were so fantastic! Very attentive, reliable, friendly and professional. The price they charged was also very reasonable. Everything went smoothly with no damages to anything. The guys worked so hard on moving day and ensured all furniture was moved with care and dismantled and reconstructed as necessary. They worked with me to place furniture in ideal locations and always kept a positive disposition (despite the labour intensive work it is). Couldn't have been happier with the service we were provided. Thank you!

C & N removals exceeded expectations from service to process. Craig was able to facilitate a seamless operation last minute. It was a very straight forward process. Dylan and Barry the removalists were easy to get along with and had a good sense of humour. They worked hard but cautiously, nothing was damaged. I would definetely recommend Craig and his crew as a trustworthy local business.

Best removal experience ever, the men worked fast and very polite also made us laugh which made the day much more relaxing. If we need to move again i would use them 100% again and we will be telling all of our friends about there service

Craig and his team were very reliable. They were on time and looked after my things. There was no damage at all. I was impressed because they worked under duress because of the wet day, but they still put great care into the move. They put the things where I wanted. I would recommend Craig to others as they were very good and very competitively priced. They came out the best with insurance coverage as well. Very happy with the service.
