Had a chair delivered by these guys today, relatively quick delivery, no assembly required, product seems excellent and reasonably priced. 11 months later and only 4 days a week use the fake leather is falling apart in pieces, like it’s not coping with being used, quite disappointing given how comfortable the chair still is.

This is the second time I have bought office furniture from Ideal Furniture. The owner, David, was quick with an email response to my online purchase and with estimated delivery times. The 2 delivery guys, Steve and Julian, were a very pleasant pair who were quick to assemble and install the 3 items and all-in-all I was very happy with their service.

I was put in charge of setting up our new office in Penrith and Ideal Furniture was a great help and so easy to deal with. I gave them the plans and told them what we needed and they gave me great layout ideas (which we went with) and everything looks great. The quality and product is great and the delivery guys even helped move a couple of other things for me so thanks to them as well.
