I have had the unfortunate experience of living next door to an Elmwood Homes build. There has been an endless stream of trades people using the most appalling language. Yelling, swearing, bullying and generally loutish behaviour. Certainly not suggestive of 'quality' for contemporary family neighbourhoods. -5 stars.
