Never buy Furniture from here.
Their bed ruined my expensive mattress as the slats they use are very flimsy and cheap. I had someone who has been working with mattresses over 20 years comfirmed that the bed slats had ruined my mattress when I contacted furniture gallery they did not care nor did they offer any type of compensation i am telling all my family and friends not to purchase anything from here this place offers the lowest quality products at ridiculously high prices for how bad quality their products are. Worse customer service, worse attitudes once they get your money. Even the one

I purchased our new 4 poster bed last weekend, the service in store was second to none. I have just had Jamie deliver it and I have to say his service was outstanding!! He was so polite and went above and beyond with the installation, even putting our TV back and putting felt on the bottom of the furniture, then taking all the rubbish away. I love this store and will definitely be back to buy something fabulous very soon. Regards Jennifer, (I didnt have a google account so hence the different name ha ha.)

I wanted to make a purchase over the phone using my credit card, but they only accept Zip Pay. As I live too far away to make it into store & sale ends tomorrow for item I wanted, I will no longer be purchasing.
They lost $3600 business from me. Most companies let you purchase over the phone by credit card, so why not this one?

This review goes out to Goran from the furniture gallery at Osborne Park. Goran has been absolutely superb & an approachable salesperson who has gone above and beyond for us from the very first time we walked into the beautiful store. The best part about him is that he isn’t your typical pushy salesperson who just wants to sell, he will honestly tell you if something goes or if it doesn’t!
He’s super welcoming and friendly. One of the many examples of how far he would go just to ease your shopping experience is when he asked his manager to bring in a big lounge suite into the store just

The staff were amazing, I was lost and had no clue how to style my dining with the rest of my house. Joanne helped me, we looked at many different options and she gave me confidence and direction.
I purchased the marble table and opted for delivery.
The delivery was $120 which I initially thought was a bit steep until the delivery came.
The boys were awesome, they were super friendly, they unpacked the table and laid out a rug on my carpet to put it together, they set it all up and talked very highly about their client (FG) the whole time.
Worth it just for the customer experience. Everyone

The furniture gallery in Osborne Park is a huge store and every time I have been in there it is set out different each time. I think this is a great thing as you can see different types of furniture with different items dressed well. For example a matching rug with a side table, lounge suite and vases etc etc. They stock a large range of lounge suites coffee tables, rugs, beds, cushions, pictures and more. Staff are extremely helpful and not pushy. Plenty of parking outside and air-conditioned inside. Look out for the specials as they regularly have specials on. Highly recommend going here.
