At Ballarat Removals & Storage, we offer a personal consultation service to individually discuss your specific relocation needs and requirements. Upon acceptance of your quotation, a confirmation of booking will be sent to you confirming your arrangements. Make a list of all the things your family will need on moving day, and start to put them aside. Disassemble outdoor items such as swings and trampolines and prefabricated furniture such as computer desks.

This was the second time we had used theor services the particular job was about as bad as grand piano through a porcelain shop. The team went above and beyond we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Never ever again would trust this company to move us again.
They showed a complete lack of respect towards our belongings.
We trusted this company to help us move and we were severely let down.
We were under the impression that items like our outdoor glass top table and our sons cot, both which have been damaged, would be wrapped with moving… blankets. Clearly this hasn't been done with the scratches all down one side of our table.
The chunk taken out of our sons cots is a whole other issue, because for something like that to happen it would have needed to be dropped with force against something

We used Ballarat Removals last week and we we WRAPPED❣️👍🏻🙌 We have moved so many times over the last 20 years and we would have to state, Ballarat Removals were and have been the best.
The boys worked so fast, keeping in mind the care of our furniture and boxes, not one thing broken, scratched or dented. The boys are so polite and well mannered.

Had a couple of young blokes help us shift from Maryborough to Ballarat (in the rain) and they were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to what I thought I was going to get, and all whilst our two young girls were getting in the way the whole time!!! Top jab lads and also to the company, highly recommend.

Adrien and Sam did a fantastic job. Probably the best movers we have use and we have used a few over the yrs. Nothing's was damaged and everything was I'm perfect condition. Highly recommended and couldn't have made it any easier. Great job and huge thanks.

The boys did an absolutely STELLAR job for our move on Friday! It absolutely bucketed rain, but not a single grumble from our crew. They were polite, helpful, accommodating and generally great to work with! The destination was challenging - a house on a hill with all upstairs living, limited access and and the heaviest stuff up a single set of… stairs. What struck me was the A1 communication and team work between the crew to problem solve and come up with solutions. As they worked, I was impressed with the care they took with not only our belongings, but also for each other - it really was

These guys are the absolute professionals. They were right on time and really knew their stuff. They even gave us interior decorating suggestions and tips on how to organise our furniture. I've used quite a few removalists however these guys are exceptional. We will be using them again for our next move 100%

Great customer service from office staff - helpful & understanding. Removalists, Brendan and Jesse were awesome. They were quick but careful, and so friendly. I had some really awkward and heavy pieces of furniture and some precious antiques. Not one scratch or dent. I'm not planning on moving again, but if I did, I'd be using Ballarat Removalists again. Highly recommended.

I used Ballarat Removals to move my house items and gym equipment from Victoria to Queensland.
Rob, Anthony and Robbo all did the most amazing job and did not muck around!! They worked quicky and efficiently with the utmost of care. I was so happy!!
And then when I got to my house in Qld, Rob had put all my stuff where I needed it. Very professional bloke!!
