I was very impressed with the technician Jye from Frozone Air and the Office Manager Lisa who was always very pleasant and helpful. Jye was on time, friendly, diligent and very professional. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain and answer my questions, did not feel rushed or felt he rushed the job. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. I also was impressed that he thoroughly showed me how to use the air conditioner and the different functionalities. Also, set up and explained the Wi-Fi function which was very helpful. Highly recommend Jye

I first contacted Frozone for a quote on both a split system and ducted system for our house about 2 years ago. I was impressed by the professional way the quotes were assessed and presented to us but at the time, we decided to postpone the decision because of other priorities. When I contacted Frozone again a few months ago about the ducted system, the price was the same even though we were getting a newer model with improved specifications.
