We had a terrible kids' slime stain, a large one, on our expensive rug. I didn't believe it would be possible to remove it. Greg was fantastic. He did everything he could, during a really busy time for his business, to get the rug, take it away for cleaning- he couldn't guarantee results because of the substance, but when he brought the rug back I couldn't believe there was no trace of the bright purple slime on a light grey rug! Amazing and I couldn't fault his manner or service. Highly recommend.

We needed to get our carpet restored ASAP after drain blockage and Greg was extremely efficient in responding and carrying out the work. He was very friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. There was good communication and we were very satisfied with his services.

Friendly bloke who was able to help us out on short notice on a Saturday! Amazing work cleaning the carpets of a place we'd recently moved into. The carpets were older and dirty from all the moving. They were a LOT fresher after Greg was done. Thanks for your advice on the carpet also.

Greg and his team did an impressive job on the carpet in my apartment yesterday. Before he arrived i was thinking the apartment might need to be re-carpeted as it was getting quite old. However after Greg had finished the carpet looked fresh and almost new again!

I have been using Sydney Steamer Carpet Cleaner for the past five years. Gregory is the most professional and honest young man you will ever meet. He cleans my carpet efficiently and is always able to get those “I don’t know how that happened” stains from my carpet. The carpet looks brand new when he is finished. I would highly recommend Sydney Steamer carpet cleaner to anyone who wants to get their carpet clean and smelling fresh. But ensure you make an appointment as he is always very busy!

Greg and his colleague have done a superb job in treating our sleep maker mattress that had couple of stains. Greg has great patience and he listens to his customers as he values them the most. Our mattress is perfect now as those couple of stains disappeared. I would certainly recommend Greg and his team. They wouldn’t disappoint you with their great service and appointments that suit clients.
