Having used Latimer Building Concepts years ago, it was an easy decision to use Trent and his team again for an extension and renovations along with Mark Hudson for the building design. Trent, James, Yuya and other tradespeople we encountered could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. Nothing was ever too much, trouble especially considering the project took place during difficult times for the building industry with uncertainty and delays on supplies, most of which we were shielded from and did not have to stress about. We used Trent and the team to build a house in Burleigh while we were living in Perth. Due to Covid restrictions, we weren't able to visit the site during the build and had to put our trust in Trent and Architect, Mark Hudson, with the build.
It was our first build, and thankfully the Latimer team was really great to deal with and we were very impressed with the finishes and feel of the house when we finally saw it for the first time!
We would recommend the team and would happily use them again for any future projects!

We were recommended to use Latimer Building by a friend. And we were not disappointed. They were very easy to communicate with, on time (actually early), and did an outstanding job that suited our budget and requirements. The professionalism they showed before, during and after the project was complete, was very impressive. Every staff member on the job was polite, respectful and very skilled in their respective skillsets. They are a real family business and we will be using them again. VERY recommended.

Trent Latimer has recently built our new house at Banora Point. From quote to completion Trent is the complete professional, always approachable and pleasant to deal with. Trent and his team completed a renovation for us and their communication, attention to detail, polite workmen and flexibility to work with our needs/wants was incredible.
