Chris is the Director and builder who is on-site daily on the tools and managing construction while Kim runs the office and manages all administration. We approach every project with absolute focus on the needs of the client and delivering a renovation or project that not only meets budget and deadlines, but is something that they love and enjoy for many years.
We work collaboratively with a range of professionals including local councils, architects, engineers and certifiers to deliver quality building services for our clients. We love the connection that we make with our clients. We are working in their homes, often for months at a time, and we consider this a privilege.

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision. Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build.
