Had an overall negative experience with Harmeet Osprey Security Solutions I saw the reviews online and invited him for a inspection at my house. After inspection I… received broken communication from him. I have an existing Home Alarm system which needed configuration which he confirmed on the Facebook messenger that he will configure for me when he comes to install the camera. The later he just took a U turn

Enquired about the product advertised and they had no idea about it. When I questioned about features, got a response asking me to do my own research in Google. Customer service at its worst!! Can’t even brief the feature of product they are trying to sell and don’t have any idea on how that compares with other products in market.

Highly recommend Harmeet. He was very professional, thorough and met all my needs. Harmeet discussed how he would complete the job concealing all wires internally for the 7 camera system. After encountering issues with the first camera he quickly adapted and still ensured he met the brief. His after service care was just as good with an additional… visit and phone calls to ensure the system was working to my desired state. Friendly, professional and high attention to detail. Hard to find all that these days in customer service. Keep up the great work Harmeet.

Highly recommend Osprey Security Solutions, very professional and nice person. Loved the way he dealt with me from the start to finishing up my job. Bought a 6 camera package and video door bell from him, gave me the best date, accomodate my request for date of installation and on day of installation he did awesome job, with no mess and real fast.
