Zoe from Birk Blinds went above and beyond to help us with our window coverings. Zoe recommended all the fabric choices and they look fantastic. The installer worked late at night so everything would be completed before we moved in and he was also great. Everyone who comes to our house comments on the window coverings saying how beautiful they look.

BEWARE OF BIRK BLINDS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. l REPEAT STAY AWAY!!!
We had our house built through Porter Davis (PD) Prestige more than 18months ago. Birk installed Roman Blinds, Sheers and Plantation Shutters in our new build which amounted to approx. $20k
If l could give them a -5 star rating l would, they are very unprofessional, poor workmanship and very disrespectful. Their customer service is a joke - worst ever. The worst thing we ever did was select Birk Blinds at Porter Davis WOS. We almost kicked ourselves after signing the contract when we learned that the blinds at Porter Davis display

Excellent Customer Service- Excellent Product- Excellent Installer
My experience with Birk Blinds has been stellar. The shades and curtains were delivered promptly and the quality of the product greatly impressed my wife and I.
Without going into too much detail, there was an issue (this issue was minor and not entirely the fault of the company) which needed to be quickly remedied.
Normally I dread calling companies. The sad fact is, most companies give the consumer a hard time and make us wait for a solution or give an unsatisfying solution. NOT WITH BIRK BLINDS.

We built our house three years ago and got birk blinds installed, they look great, unfortunately within months they had started to fall apart. I was too lazy to contact them. On our Roman blinds all the attachments have come off so we cannot open then, and our roller blinds are stiff and get stuck so they are either stuck open or shut. When I… finally had enough And had looked over how much we had payed almost 400 per blind! I contacted them it had just passed 3 years so warranty was over the girl was helpful and tried to help me out as much as possible but the company refused to help or

We have had Birk supply blinds/window furnishings to two of our homes. We weren't sure of the style we were after but the consultant who helped us was full of advice and ideas! We're so glad we met with them - the process was really enjoyable and fun!
The turnaround times were approx. 2-3 weeks; when our painting wasn't quite finished they were so… great and held onto the blinds and rescheduled the installer until a time that worked for us - definitely going above and beyond.
All the staff were courteous, excellent at keeping us in the loop, and a pleasure to work with. We are soon to finish

We had our house built through Porter Davis. Birks blinds who were based at the PD World of Style promised that the curtains would be installed and ready by the time we get handover of the house. We paid $27,900 for the privilege believing their marketing.
Birks have to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Months after moving into the house they still haven't completed the job. They have since sent workmen around at least 4 times to the house. Each time they don't finish the job stating they have forgotten to bring some part or another. They have left very large scaffolding

BEWARE OF BIRK BLINDS!!! Birk installed blinds on my brand new display house, instead of attaching heavy Roman blinds to the framework of the wall they attached them to superficial plugs stuck to the surface of the plaster!! As a result the blinds are now falling off my walls and ripping big holes in the walls when they come down! Birk wont take any responsibility for this shoddy workmanship. If only I could add photos on here of the enormous holes ripped in my plaster. DO NOT USE BIRK BLINDS!

If I could put half a star I would!
We bought apartment with Mirvac and they were one of 4 recommended company so we went with them!!! What a disaster it showed to be!!!!
Our sheer curtains will arrive in February and we were only told this the day before installation
We also built two apartments in Rosebud and they cancelled two hours on the day of installation!!! My husband and daughter took time off to be there!!
So today the installation of the curtains is and what a disaster and disappointment!!’ The curtains are wavy and not same length, ends are shorter and looks awful, some of the

We had an exceptional experience with Birk. We hadn't installed blinds before so they were able to provide us with advice and guidance, which was incredibly helpful. Our expectations were managed the whole way through, and we are thrilled with the final result - the quality of our blinds are excellent. We're about to extend our home and will definitely be going through Birk again.
