Project Range -Please contact us for detais on all of our other projects, which vary greatly in size and total project costs. The project was for a professional couple, with four boys who needed space, both inside and out. We reworked the home from a two-bedroom council-owned house to a spacious six-bedroom architect-designed home.

We contacted Marks company to do some extensive renovations for us. We have an apartment on the ground floor, with difficult access and unique structural challenges. Many walls had to be removed, including a relocation of the kitchen and a new bathroom. From the commencement of the project we found Mark very easy to deal with.

Few sites present as many challenges as this one at Palm Beach. Steep, covered in trees, and access only possible via a long and elevated concrete driveway. The Mark Romeo team managed to overcome all of the challenges creating a new driveway, removing the trees and completing a difficult excavation.
