This company is a joke, contacted them on the 6th of March about missing components. 22/03 and still no better off, I have had multiple emails which i am happy to forward to anyone, where they have flat out told me the incorrect information and then told me they are unable to work out why the seller has requested a redirection on the package that… was sent via "express" on 08/03 which was never sent. After it was then sent on 13/03 not via express only to be delayed and told can't I simply go down to this post office. That isn't an option as it is not at the office which I have called on

We purchased a massage office chair. It arrived in only a few days and the customer service team were incredibly helpful. We had the remote control damaged during delivery and Miriam made sure that a replacement part was shipped to us right away. I cannot recommend the team at Seats Direct enough. Thanks again i'll be shopping with you in the future for sure!
