Matthew at GM flooring, coloured, varnished, and polished our timber floors over a period of 5 days, and we could not be happier. The shine is outstanding, as is the depth of colour, which, as the photos show resemble a warm mix of molasses and honey. Matthew was professional, personable, and a bit of a perfectionist! I'm so happy he was able to advise and that his advice was spot on. He comes with a high recommendation from my family and I.

Unbelievable bloke. Does a absolutely top notch job
We have an old 50s house in doveton and some old hardwood floors that needed a lot of work and this bloke got it spot on to what my missus wanted
Very easy to organise a time great service with only quality products and a very reasonable price

Matthew was amazing!! The service from start to finish could not have been better and the results of my very old, warn floors exceeded my expectations. Matthew had great advice as what was best for my floor. the fact I will be renting my house out he advised what finish and stain would be best suited. I didn't over see any of the project and could trust Matthew fully and the results when I came home after a week were fantastic.

Sent email on 1 Nov 2016, received auto reply saying they would call. No call so I emailed again on 6 Nov and 23 Nov. Still no reply. Called on 3rd Dec and was 'too busy, have to find someone else'. Pathetic customer service, if you actually want to get the job done then I suggest you contact someone else as if the quality of the work is comparable to their customer service then you will be very very disappointed. Don't bother calling them - TIME WASTERS
