Contacted these guys for a measure and quote, got a date, confirmed, no show. I emailed them to ask what happened and to reschedule, the rep called me back and made excuses how he was running late and lost my number... said would call back and arrange a suitable time never to be heard from again. What an epic waste of my time.

Waited all day for Granville to attend only for him to call me 15 minutes before to say he won't be able to make it. Then I scheduled a time to go to the showroom today and when I told him I was not yet on the way and would be able to get there in 20 minutes or so, he couldn't wait?? You made me wait all day for you, yet you can't even do the same for me.
Sorry but you've lost my business and now with my review, you will lose plenty more.

Contacted Energy Window Fashions for quotes not expecting such fantastic service. Nicole came down on a weekend measured everything up and quoted me.
liaised with me majority of the time after hours and worked around my time which was great.
Few weeks later the blinds arrived, they got installed on a Sunday which was surprising because they worked to my schedule.
Great service, great product and most importantly great prices.
Keep up the great work!! will definitely refer friends and family.

Very impressed with Energy Window Fashions, from the initial contact to the on site quote and - especially - to the onsite remeasure (love any process that assures a quality outcome!), and installation by Paul. Very professional outcome with high quality sheer curtains throughout the house. Zero issues and would both happily use again and recommend to others.

As always, the Customer Service is outstanding! From my first contact in 2015, these guys have been amazing. I recommended them and their product to everyone who comes to see my newly renovated unit. So often, once a product is installed, there is no further assistance, but these guys go above and beyond. Reliable, thorough, easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Curtains fine but after sale service pretty bad. blinds still under warranty but want to charge a call out fee of $83 to fix faulty mechanism......

The team at Energy Window Fashions made the process of getting cellular blinds easy! Granville was great when it came to selecting the right colour, Paul was super efficient doing the install (working around my home office and cat) and Nicole kept me up to date on installation date and time. Can't fault Energy Window Fashions, they came up country (85K) and were prepared to spend time going over samples, they were very patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. When the product arrived and it took all day to install, they were organised.
We had an issue with electric motors in the first week that was fixed immediately. They were very professional. to work with, I visited the showroom and got wonderful service.
I ended up ordering more blinds, this lot had a small problem from the manufacture apart from the time delay, this was handled without any stress to me which showed how they were

Would like to thank Energy Window Fashions staff for their excellent service .Peter came to do the initial measure and quote. My decision to purchase Plantation Shutters was based on Peter"s outstanding knowledge and professionalism in regards to the product.Further to this was his punctuality and friendly manner.Shutters were installed in a timely manner and were of excellent quality.
