Not being affiliated with any particular brand, Town Country continues to deliver air conditioning requirements for your needs. We work with you on sizing of unit, positioning of system, and offer assistance when trying to meet tight budgetary controls on the larger projects. We install all makes and models of split system, ducted, and commercial air conditioning equipment.
We pride ourselves with our commercial air conditioning maintenance which can be Quarterly, Bi-annual or Yearly. Our methodical approach allows us to report on systems performance and effectiveness delivering ideas on how to keep your plant running trouble free with less down time. We go the extra mile win servicing these units, as they are working hard and for long periods of time.
Split/Ducted systems are generally the hardest systems to clean and maintain but are the most common form of air conditioning in the home. Our comprehensive check of these units include a full chemical clean if required, check of all electrical connections and pipe work. As fan blades develop dust and mould deposits on them, We remove indoor fan of required with a full flush out of fan barrel.
