I highly recommend this company. Very professional and customer orientated, they are focused on providing the best service and product.
We had the front windows of our 70's house replaced - a tough job. Tony, the installer, could not have done a better job. He was very detailed and took great care to make everything exactly right.
I really like that the company is geared towards continuous improvement. You can tell the staff are proud of the company and they should be.
A big shout out to Jake (Sales Quote), Tony (Installer) and Gail (Accounts and so much more!).

These guys are brilliant, I have built numerous times and know when a good trade has performed well. PWDR Co are true professionals. They arrived on time, installed and left the area clean. In the past 3 years we have spent over $8,000 with this company.
We now have a lock that has broken on a bifold door and have been told it will be $190.00 call out fee plus the cost of a new lock.
They have gone from a 1st class business to rock bottom and totally unreliable. We sent an email on Monday with a photo of the lock. Today is Thursday and nobody has got back to us. We have tried to phone but no answer unless we ask for 'sales'. We are now contacting Consumer Affairs.

It took 3 months from when deposit was paid to us receiving a single sliding door. Issue with factory using two different shades of Woodland grey so they had to reorder/replace some panels. While the door was offloaded it was damaged. There was also some damage which occurred in factory that was patched up (poorly). Initially communication was good however that soon changed once delivery dates couldnt be met and after damage occurred.

We had another company put double glazing in for us last year, and they didn't do a bad job, but they weren't awesome, so we thought we'd look around, as we're looking to do the whole house over the coming few years.
Then we came to Perth Windows and Doors.
They really were next level. On time, neat and tidy, not even a flake of paint damaged.
It's really nice to deal with people who take real pride in the quality of their work.

This company was one of the best to deal with getting the quote, installing the window (which is a great window), however, it had a mark all along the bottom. We rang to say we needed them to come and look at it, it took 4 phone calls to get a installer here 3 months after it had been installed, then no return calls or service since. They offered to put in a new window, we took the cheaper option (for them) of installing a small bar along the bottom to hide the mark on the glass. Never heard from them since. So they're good for sales but beware - no good for

I had a very small kitchen and needed more bench space to put my dishes and slide food and drinks through window. I am a building renovations specialist and I required a custom made window to my order. I couldn't believe how perfect and exact to the measurements there were as I'm a perfectionist also. They brought this guy Adam out and he was Tops at what I wanted. I really love my home now and I also built a water filter outside as no room inside my home. These guys are brilliant. Thanks a million.

Couldn't fault them, from the time we walked into the showroom to after the work was complete. They were extremely friendly and helpful, competitive on pricing, quick and clean installation (and removal of old windows) and great quality product. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.
