This is my third house I've used Oz Tech to install my alarm system and third time I'm extremely happy with their professional service. From an initial appointment to final handover and explain how the system worked was seamless.
They have a great team and internal comms work well which was proven when all I had to do was to speak to one person (whether it was the admin staff or installers) and it flowed perfectly from thereon.
The install staff were very professional on site and treated my new house with respect. Floor mats were put on the floors prior to ladders going up to protect the floors

Was Charged $150 plus dollars By Oztech for callout fee to check an alarm fault that they supposedly fixed. The next day the fault re appeared so i called them to come back out and they said sure we can come out for another $150 dollars.... Pathetic.... and not sincere/honest the two fellows were at my place for all of 5 minutes... I was so frustrated by Oz tech and there lack of work ethic i went to my next option and called my electrician who came out and found the problem was just a minor one with the Sensor. Thank goodness there are still honest Electricians and Tradies out there like Elvis
