We were a bit weary of the sanding back and re-staining our floors obviously due to the cost involved but let me tell you it is the best money we have ever spent! Our house has completely transformed. We have pine flooring and Steve did a fantastic job sanding our floors back to their original colour with a simple water based stain on top.

There are many coatings available on the market ranging widely in type, quality and price. Choices of coatings include environmentally friendly water-borne polyurethanes and solvent based polyurethanes. If you have a preference for a particular finish, we can discuss this with you during our quotation.
The aim of this process is to improve the sheen level of the flooring or to help match between old and new flooring areas. We also have membership in the Australian timber flooring association who have their fingers on the pulse of an industry that is constantly evolving allowing us to learn and grow as a company.
